Why does Johnny Brenden not have hair on his eyebrows - eyelashes - scalp etc?

I happen to know Johnny very well from the moment he opened his first theater. Why does it matter if he has hair or not? He is a wonderful person with a huge heart. Some people called it Brendenitis. Love him for who he is.
