Blood on the front white part of the eye, it is called a subconjunctival hemhorrage and it's like getting a bruise on the eye. The only way to get rid of this blood is to allow the body to reabsorb it. It can take 4-6 weeks for it to occur, and there's really nothing to speed up healing.

If it's blood INSIDE the eye, you need to seek immediate medical attention, but most of the time you cannot see bleeding inside the eye without the proper instruments.
