think before you speak. More importantly, start thinking more positively of yourself. We all think we have flaws. We are all uncomfortable being complimented. Learn to just say thank you and stop looking for reasons you shouldn't have received the compliment. Also remember that it makes others uncomfortable to have to listen to you always putting yourself down. Sit down and make a list of your good qualities and bad ones. Make a commitment to work on those things you don't like about yourself so that you can privately work on them.
