What to mix with amaretto?

If you'd like a taste treat, try a "Valentine's Brown Eyes" (aka "Rosie's Brown Eyes"): three drops of Peychaud bitters; one drop Angostura bitters (both bitters optional); one measure Amaretto; three measures rye whiskey. Stir. Serve on the rocks and add roasted almonds as garnish.
