Can a citizen of El Salvador travel to Europe?

If you are ONLY a citizen of El Salvador, currently live in the US and have no residencies or work permits you may go to Europe if you never want to come back to America. Now if you live in El Salvador and want to VIST Europe, well you'll have to check your own laws on that
