When I turn off the engine the radio shuts off and requires a code every time. What fuse runs the radio Peugeot 206 2001?

I had this problem several times and its a fail safe. If the battery or radio is disconnected the radio will need a code. Once the right code has been put in it should never ask you again unless you disconnect the battery again. You should be able to get the code from Peugeot.
