What is the rationality of Rizal law?

Rizal Law has been studied very well and is therefore approved as a law. The rationality of this law is the recognition of the works and life experiences of Jose Rizal and the relevance of these to the Philippine character and independence. Jose Rizal exercised analyses and reasons in showing his talents and delivering his thoughts so his works, life, and writings are worthy to be known well by students or the youth that according to him are the hope of the nation.
