Who took Haley McWaid in the book caught?

No one "took" Haley McWaid. She ended up overdosing on alcohol at a party at Jenner Wheeler's house (Dan Mercer's ex-wife)...so Jenna panicks and buries Haley in Ringwood State Park framing Dan for the "murder."
