What is a good complement to give a guy?

When complimenting a guy make sure your making eye contact and smiling at him, but not to much. You Don't want to look to eager. Guys like to be complimented on things like their hair or their smiles. To me complimenting a guys hair is always the way to go. You reach out to touch it and then tell them "I love your hair".
