Is it OK to use a jumbo wax ring and another regular sized wax ring that both have the plastic thing inside them as the drain is .75 inch below the top of the tile but secured to the plywood floor?
As long as the toilet sits level on the floor so that it does not rock and you tighten the bolts holding it down there shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure one of each size wax ring is enough.
