In general however you have the right to a physically safe workplace, freedom from harassment, intimidation, or other types of duress, and the right to certain breaks, meal periods, overtime and the like. If you feel your rights as a worker are being infringed you should probably get ahold of your state department of labor via the toll free hotline and report the violation.
