Who is a great physician?

A great physician is one who is knowledgeable, competent, ethical, understanding and, above all, an empathic listener who cares about his/her patient. (After all, 90% of all diagnoses are made from taking a good history - before any labs, x-rays, or further specialized testing is even done.)
