Why are Stacey and Cassie allowed to go to Strawberry?

Big Ma told Mr. Avery that she would take T. J. to Strawberry with her because Mr. Avery needed him to pick up some things. Since Big Ma didn't want to listen to T. J.'s constant prattle, she decided to take Stacy and Cassie with her too.
