What is the difference between indigo and blue?

Well...

Indigo is the color (Or Colour here in Canada!) on the electromagnetic spectrum between about 420 and 450 nm in wavelength, placing it between blue and violet.

Aka, the difference is that it's alittle more... How can i say this....

A little more purple than normal blue i guess?
