What to write in a 5th grade student council speech?

Mostly, simply state what is it that makes you want to be in the Council- is it that you love helping out and the school you're in has always assured you and made sure comfortable which makes you want to do something in return? Or that you know certain things that really need improvement in school like Lunch or Academics? Then: Why should anyone ever vote for you? What makes you a good leader? Are you reliable and stubborn when something needsto be done? Or are you simply confident and a a spokesperson? End it later with something like 'So Vote for me if you're in for an awesome year here at..."
