I would advise against it. However, if you want to go about it, simply follow the directions below. I'm assuming this is a 3rd lobe piercing.

1) Find a long, considerably thick, needle to use. Compare the needle to the stud you'll be putting in your ear. You want the needle either the same size, or slightly thicker than the stud.

2) Sterilize the needle with rubbing alcohol. Also clean the front and back of your ear lobes with the rubbing alcohol.

3) Using a marker, mark where you want your third piercing to be on both lobes. It's important to make sure they are even, and look good.

4) If you have a clamp, great! If not, you're gonna have to do this the hard way. Put something, like a thimble or cork, behind your ear so you don't stab your neck while piercing.

5) Take a deep breath, count to three, and quickly push the needle all the way through your ear. This is hard to do on your own, as by instinct your brain tells you to stop. The easiest, most painless way is too quickly just shove it through with considerable force.

6) Keep the needle in your ear and get the stud ready to put through. Quickly and swiftly removed the needle and put the stud in. Leave the back off for now to give your ear a break. Clean up the blood with rubbing alcohol.

7) Repeat steps 4-6 for the other lobe. When your ears stop throbbing, put the backs on.

NOTE: It is especially important to keep your new piercings clean after they're done. Rotate them once a day to avoid Keloids from forming. Clean them often.

Good Luck!
