Why are relationships complicated?

Sounds like he is stalling and doesn't want to get into any long term relationships. In other Words, he can't yet make up his mind on this and needs more time to think. Move on to the next one ... there are lots more fish in the ocean. Could be that he's feeling a bit lost and confused and isn't sure what to do. On the other hand, if he's trying to pick up or sweet-talk a woman, it's probably his oblique way of saying he's married or in a committed relationship. A wife can be the ultimate complication!
