What is the value of a Babe Ruth tops 1876 baseball card?

Its value is such that you can't even calculate. This would be the rarest object in the history of man. Babe Ruth was born February 6, 1895 so to have his card that was 19 years before his birth would be amazing.

However if this is a typo and you're asking about a 1976 card it's all about condition. I'm assuming you have the one that has "The Sporting News" across the top. Like I said condition condition condition has everything to do with the value. You can have a card that would bring several hundred in Excellent condition and that same card be worth nothing in poor condition. Take the card to a Sports Memorabilia person and have them grade it to get a true value.
