NICSTICK, the maker of an efficient electronic cigarette, is one of the most customer-oriented companies I've ever known. They care so much about customer satisfaction, its unbelievable.

My brother emailed the company about how wonderful their products are, and they sent him a box of free Nicstick accessories. It was a hundred-dollar value, and they didn't think twice about giving it to a loyal customer.
