How long does it take for corn snake eggs to lay?

Depending on feeding, time of year, how many generations removed from wild caught will determine how often a snake will shed. My baby corn snake is taking ages to shed, the vet said if it went on for more that a week- WEEK AND a half to put him in a box of damp moss. But he has reduced his shed cycle to 5 days now so that's normal
