What are the effects of taking adderall and clonazepam at normal doses while drinking around 9 beers and smoking around 6 cigarettes a day every day during the early stages of pregnancy?

The beer and cigarrettes alone pretty much guarantees that your baby will be born underweight and underdeveloped. If you're both lucky, the baby will "only" be lagging behind in development for a couple of years after birth - but you might very well have contributed to lifelong difficulties. The effects of Adderall and clonazepam are less well know but are potentially quite serious. Hopefully the Adderall and clonazepam were prescribed by doctors and weren't taken recreationally, but IMO there's no excuse as a parent to deliberately expose an unborn kid to the known consequences of smoking and alcohol during pregnancy.
