How many fema task forces responded to 911?

Following the September 11 attacks in 2001, FEMA deployed several task forces to assist in response and recovery efforts. Specifically, 12 Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) task forces were activated and sent to Ground Zero in New York City to conduct search and rescue operations. Additionally, other FEMA resources and support teams were mobilized to aid in the overall response to the disaster.
