Why should school meals be cheaper?

When you talk about schools, of course we are talking about kids, and if it is for kids, it should be easier and a little cheaper for them.

We want kids to be fed and this is a higher priority than cat by-laws. So, we teach our kids that kids are a priority by making sure even the hungry get something.
