Is humming in the office acceptable?

NO! it is disturbing and there should be no humming, whistling, throat clearing, sniffing, bag rustling, phlegm clearing., long disgusting sniffs of any kind.

A.Humming , talking to yourself aloud and tapping pencils or drumming fingers are all annoying habits. Some people do this unawares. Tell them nicely that they are disturbing others, and please stop, and you will be happy to remind them if they keep doing it.We can only hope the first respondent works at home, as apparently EVERYTHING bothers this person.
