What is the legal drinking age over seas?

The legal alcohol drinking age in international waters depends on where the ship/boat is registered. If a ship under the US Flag was in international waters then you would have to be 21+, but if you were on a ship/boat in international waters and the boat is flying under the British Flag then it is 18+.
