Australia sent one regiment (about 26 tanks) of Centurions to Vietnam. Thru the process of replacing battle damaged tanks, etc. roughly 50 Centurions served in the war. Australian tank regiments were equal in size to a US Army battalion and their squadrons roughly equalled a US Army company or troop. For example, the Australians called their companies A Squadron, B Squadron, etc., whereas a US unit would say A Company (or A Troop), B Company (or B Troop), etc.
