At what age do you give eggs to your baby?

Most children have a limited capacity in their stomachs. One egg is usually sufficient for a meal. A hard boiled egg or a scrambled egg is usually the simplest way to present it to the child. Do not salt it, the baby does not need the salt. Make sure the egg is well cooked.
