Who was the Governor of South Dakota in 1912?

Robert S. Vessey (born May 16, 1858 in Winnebago County, Wisconsin; died October 18, 1929 in Pasadena, California) succeeded Coe I. Crawford as the seventh Governor of South Dakota, serving between January 5, 1909 and January 7, 1913, including the whole of 1912.
