I believe the best place for nurses in USA, if you are ready to do overtime etc.! Then it is Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK etc!

The best place to live is where you like it! But before you migrate, think about a country which places no restriction on you and your family for jobs and studies! Look for child benefit, health and education facilities also!
