If your child turns 18 in 4 months can they legally move out now?

If your child can prove that he/she can surpport themselfs then yes they can move out. But it would be hard for that to happen since in most states you have to be 18 to rent an apartment and if your child is 17 they probably only have a part time job and couldn't pay the rent to begin with...
