What to do if recharge is not reflecting on my account?

Log on to your account on airtel.in/prepaid-recharge using your prepaid mobile number. To get the status of your recharges, select the Recharge History option on your account home screen. You can also dial *121*3# to know your recent recharges. If you have done recharge through my Airtel app, then you can select the prepaid account from the home screen on app and choose Recharge History option to know the prepaid recharge status.
