What is the sin called in race mixing?

Miscegeneation- mixture of genetic strands- hence races. this was the technical and legal term. in olden times race-mixing- class mixing also to some extent ( what we would now call slumming, a la My Fair Lady) - was called Pollution in English-speaking lands,nothing to do with defilement of air and water by industrial wastes, etc.
