What is a nail decal?

Oh, I am very glad you've finally asked a question that can be answered by an elementary student. Well, the answer is that a nail decal is a small decoration that is glued to your nail to look adorable, right after painting your nails of course. You can place it on with some nail glue after spreading the top coat if it is clay, or you can spread the top coat over the decal to make sure it doesn't fall out, if it is plastic. I recommend viewing YouTube videos. My two favorites are the Cute Panda Nail Art, and the Stripey Cookie Monster Tutorial. I have such a large list that I simply cannot type it all. Strawberry Pink Gingham, Nyan cat, Chobits, Easy Cutie Gum Bubbles. I want to wear them all at the same time, but I cannot. Okay, if the teacher doesn't approve, then I'll wear the newspaper nails.
