How did men at work break up?

Men at Work disbanded in 1986 after their third studio album, "Two Hearts," failed to achieve commercial success. Internal tensions and differences in musical direction among band members contributed to their breakup. Lead singer Colin Hay pursued a solo career, while other members also went on to explore different projects. Though they reunited for tours in later years, the original lineup never officially reformed.
