What is a horse with a horn that is not a unicorn and not an alicorn?

It's a horse with mutations.....it's like when you have a baby and it is born with 3 arms. It's a 3rd arm for a horse but it has no skin and no hand and is a bit shorter than an arm but............it's a mutational horse!
