Who would win hulk vs thor?

A "full powered" Juggernaut (Classic/Current) is immune to conventional, physical damage.

A FP Juggernaut has defeated or stalemated Hulk, while Hulk has either BFR'd (battle field removed) Juggernaut, defeated a vastly de-powered Cain or was aided by outside sources (i.e. Celestial Tech provided by Apocalypse, which was non-cannon). Barring BFR, Juggernaut will K.O. Hulk.

One editor's response to a fan letter in the early 90's indicated that the staff in the Marvel offices at that time felt that Juggernaut was stronger.

Hulk simply does not have the tools to beat The Juggernaut.
