I'm sure different hotels have different departments and sub-departments within each, but some standard departments are Front Office/Guest Services, Housekeeping, General Management, Stewarding, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Sales, Accounting, Security, Purchasing, PR/Marketing, HR. Higher end hotels may also have Recreation & Sport Mangement (e.g. Golf, Tennis), Spa Management, Retail Shop Management, Membership Department.
