What percent of the worlds energy comes from tidal energy?

Tidal energy currently accounts for a very small percentage of the world's total energy production, estimated to be around 0.2% or less. While it has great potential due to the predictability of tides, its contribution remains limited compared to other renewable sources like solar, wind, and hydroelectric power.
