Can a passenger get in trouble for leaving a car accident?

not sure in your country if theres a charge? but yep! with police as they are a witness failing to give evidence and neglecting their duty as a civilised citizen..also can depend on seriousness and the police on duty..also there may b internal bleeding..death is easier than birth so never understimate "ill be ok" one day ya myt not be..hope no one was injured and unless taken away by ambulance or instructed by law to leave ALWAYS stay on the scene..not only that if the passenger leaves its make the driver look guilty..whether they are in wrong or right..answer to your question is YES U CAN GET IN TROUBLE FOR LEAVING AN ACCIDENT..hope no one was hurt :)
