Why should not you use cell phones while charging?

It "confuses" the battery so it isn't sure where it was charged to. Because they charge until either full or after a certain time (whichever is first), the battery "thinks" it is full and that becomes the full point from then on, which decreases the time between charges and its maximum charge, which in turn affect how long you can use it and what it can do in that time.
