Does anyone have a recipe for the fried rice at Kanpai restaurants?

If you are talking about the dipping sauce it is very simple to make. You will need soy sauce and Gulden's mustard. Put some soy into a container and add Gulden's to taste. I do 1/2 cup soy and 1/4 cup Gulden's.
