I sent an email to Lowe's customer service. The response was: The purple walrus was hand made for the Lowe's commercial. No other information was provided by Lowe's.

I'm an experienced sewer, so I made my own purple walrus!
I purchased a small stuffed walrus at a local store. I carefully ripped apart each seam. I laid each piece out flat and traced around it. Using a craft projector, I enlarged the small pattern (about 10") into a large pattern (about 4 1/2 feet). I purchased the material at a fabric store. I used purple fur for the body (3 yards), brown shaggy fur for the muzzle and bushy eyebrows (1/2 yard), white low-pile plush for the tusks (1/2 yard). I used brown, black and white felt for the eyes. I used the stuffing (fiberfill) from 5 new queen size pillows to stuff my giant walrus. Material costs, (not including the projector) were about $75. I didn't track my time really well, but I estimate about 20 hours work. That includes shopping, making the pattern and sewing it up.
The walrus was a birthday present for my 16 year old daughter. She LOVES it!

To those who have expressed an interest...No. I do not want to make and sell purple walruses for others.
