What is the best way to become a cad designer?

Gain a qualification in how to use CAD on a specific CAD course, or as part of an Engineering or Technology course. Then find any job, no matter how low paid, or how short in duration, where you will use CAD. You will then be employable as a CAD Technician and can later move up to become a CAD Designer.
