Who is Terry Josephson?

Terry Josephson is apparently an obscure motivational speaker. He runs an eponymous website that claims he is a law professor and former businessman.

However, no academic credentials what-so-ever are listed on the page, nor is his business history listed.

Quotes such as: "If you don't appreciate it, you don't deserve it", are attributed to him.

Correction / Update: To be a philosopher one must offer valid and original theoretical views concerning metaphysics, ethics, and logic. These valid theoretical theories must be based on a deep and extremely well researched understanding of the abstract framework of many forms of philosophy.
