How do you replace front wheel bearing on 1997 Nissan 200sx?

This is not a backyard mechanic thing. The bearing is pressed in. You can buy a kit for around $50 to pound out the old one. But, you probably won't be able to get the new one in. Just take it to one of the auto repair places such as the ones that do your tires and alignments. It's not a big job.
