How long until sperm come out?

Sperm can be ejaculated within a matter of seconds during sexual climax, but the entire process of sperm production and maturation takes much longer. Sperm are produced in the testes and typically take about 64 to 72 days to fully mature. Once ejaculated, sperm can travel through the male reproductive system quickly, leading to ejaculation almost immediately during sexual arousal.
