How to Use Hotel Reviews?

When using hotel review sites, find hotels that have been reviewed by a lot of people, ideally at least fifty to get a good idea of what to expect. Less than that is too random of a sample to really get information from. Read both the high reviews to get an idea of what the hotel does well and the low reviews to get an idea of what common complaints tend to be.
