How are so why's uyou know theres a ghost in your house?

because of the fact i can smell burning toast in the kitchen when everyone is asleep, and i can feel their hands strangling my neck and someone pressed hard against my chest so i cant get up and yes im awake during this process. i can feel te coldness of the hands until i cant feel them no more....

the owner of the house before we moved in told us there was a ghost living in it and they had to ask him for his permision if we could move in. and he said yes.!
