When does Emmett Cullen wave a knife in the movie Twilight?

When they are in the kitchen making dinner for Bella the first time they all meet her.

He's just trying to be nice. He's the 'lovable teddy bear' and was just saying hi. LOL, he didn't know that he looked so scary (I mean, come on, if you saw him and he waved a knife at you, you'd be pretty freaked!) he was just cutting the Italian his family was making for Bella and said HI!!!!!
