What is the environmental impacts of using wind power?

Advantages: virtually zero pollution and little use of non-renewable resources (except, of course, for the manufacture of the equipment and maintenance). Disadvantage: output depends on the weather and is therefore not always available when needed; therefore, conventional sources of electricity are still needed as backups.
